We’re seeking experienced Digital Marketers to join our newly formed growth marketing team in Bangalore.


The Digital Marketing Specialist works across multiple Paid media, SEO channels, content marketing and accounts, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently.


They will meet and exceed the objectives of stakeholders through managing the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across relevant digital marketing channels, working with internal teams. They will successfully manage relationships with new and existing teams to understand product and services objectives, and promote value and results in all work that they undertake.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients at a strategic, tactical, and implementation level.

  • Manage and implement projects, communicating with team members to contribute learning and ideas to product strategies.

  • Prepare and present performance reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.

  • Engage and empower team members to develop and implement channel solutions.

  • Develop the team’s skills, culture and confidence in line with business direction and client requirements.


Skills

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, with hands on experience in paid media, SEO channels and content marketing.

  • Highly-effective and confident client, stakeholder and staff management skills.

  • Ability to effectively and independently plan, prioritise, delegate, and execute to complete tasks.

  • A confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management.

  • Technical and strategic skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and data analysis.

  • Heightened awareness of digital channels and tactics.

  • An ability to explore and workshop business objectives, using data and digital skills to develop project plans.
