About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at SYNE, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and generating leads. You will develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
SEO:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Monitor and analyse website performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Content Marketing:
Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content.
Distribute content through various channels to reach the target audience.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Monitor social media trends and engage with the community.
Analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Paid Advertising:
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Create targeted ad campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
Track and analyse campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Create engaging email content and optimize for deliverability.
Analyse email metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analytics:
Use analytics tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
Make data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in digital marketing
Experience with content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
