About the Role:

As a Product Manager at SYNE you will be responsible for defining, building, and launching the products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Define product positioning and messaging.

• Product Roadmap:

  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and functionalities based on customer needs and business value.

  • Work with engineering and design teams to ensure that the roadmap is feasible and aligned with technical capabilities.

• Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Oversee the development process, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product design and functionality.

• Product Launch and Go-to-Market:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for new product launches.

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to generate demand and drive adoption.

  • Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to the go-to-market strategy.

• Product Management:

  • Manage the product lifecycle, from development to end-of-life.

  • Provide ongoing support to customers and address product issues.

  • Analyze product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of product management tools and techniques.
