About the job

About the Role:

As a Recruiter at SYNE, you will play an important role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source qualified candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing:

    • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.

    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.

  • Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.

  • Interviewing:

    • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, using appropriate interview techniques to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

  • Offer Extension:

    • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating salary and benefits as needed.

    • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Candidate Experience:

    • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

    • Build relationships with candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Employer Branding:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

    • Promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
